Nothing Headphones Discounted on Amazon Ahead of Black Friday
TechRadar reports savings of up to 48% on Nothing's audio range, including the Ear (a) and Headphone (a), though some deals are Prime-only and ship from Amazon Japan.

Nothing's headphone lineup has seen significant discounts on Amazon ahead of the Black Friday sales period, according to a report from TechRadar. The deals, which the publication describes as offering savings of up to 48%, cover several models in the company's over-ear and in-ear range, though availability and shipping conditions vary by product.
The most notable offer highlighted by TechRadar is on the Nothing Headphone (a), which the publication rates as a substantial improvement over the earlier Headphone (1). According to TechRadar's review, the Headphone (a) delivers better sound quality, offers customisable EQ, spatial audio, and adaptive noise cancellation, and includes a claimed 135-hour battery life along with an IP52 rating for dust and water resistance. At the discounted price, however, only the yellow colourway is available. Other colours — black, white, and pink — are listed at just under AU$210 through Amazon US.
For in-ear listeners, the Nothing Ear (a) earbuds are also reduced, with all three colour options falling below AU$100. TechRadar notes that these earbuds offer strong noise cancellation, up to 42.5 hours of battery life, and ChatGPT integration when paired with a Nothing phone. The publication observed that this price is only around AU$10 higher than the lowest Black Friday price seen last year.
The current flagship earbuds, the Nothing Ear (3), are also discounted. TechRadar's review praised their active noise cancellation, LDAC support for higher-resolution audio streaming, and hearing tests designed to tailor sound to individual preferences. The publication described the sound as having "excitement, energy, bass clout and oomph." The lowest price applies only to the white model.
For those considering the older Nothing Headphone (1), TechRadar notes they have been superseded by the Headphone (1) Pro as the flagship over-ear option. The review described the audio as somewhat flat compared with similarly priced competitors, but the discount may address that concern for some buyers. The model includes tactile controls and strong active noise cancellation.
One caveat applies to several of these deals: they are exclusive to Amazon Prime members and ship from Amazon Japan, meaning delivery may take longer than usual. TechRadar suggests that non-Prime customers can sign up for a free 30-day trial, make their purchase, and cancel before the trial ends. The publication also notes that Black Friday sales in Australia have not yet begun, implying that further discounts may follow.
For daily use, the key improvements across Nothing's newer models appear to be in noise cancellation, battery life, and customisation features such as adaptive EQ and spatial audio. The Headphone (a) stands out for its extended battery and durability rating, while the Ear (a) remains a lower-cost option with strong battery performance and ecosystem integration for Nothing phone users. The Ear (3) offers the most advanced feature set, including higher-resolution codec support and personalised sound tuning.
Whether these discounts represent the best prices of the season remains to be seen, but for buyers who value distinctive design alongside functional upgrades, the current offers may provide a reasonable entry point into Nothing's audio range.
